-Write a a letter and simply outline the key areas of concern documented in the evaluation (see attachments) and the main recommendations (such as teaching methods, services, accommodations/modifications) and stating you understand all evaluations are to be considered by the IEP team and that you would like this evaluation shared with the district staff who will be evaluating the student so they have all the information.
