This assignment is a case study whether to buy or rent your accomodation. This should be as a realistic simulation as possible so in addition to assuming the case studies assumptions, I’d like you to assume one additional scenario based on acquiring/renting a flat in the next 2 years in Europe, wherever you plan to continue your career. Your assumptions should be researched (e.g. bank offer) and based on market data (i.e. idealista). The format is an excel sheet document with the 4 different scenarios plus the additional fifth one about Geneva, Switzerland.
