Step 1: Find Two to Three Ads (60 points)
Choose two to three advertisements (either video or print) that you find interesting.
For video ads, post a link to the commercial.
For print ads, upload a picture of the ad. You can take a screenshot or screen capture and upload it to the forum. To add an image, click on the image icon (the small square that has a mountain and sun inside it).
Write a one-sentence description of each ad’s purpose (e.g., to promote a product, service, or cause).
Step 2: Choose the Ad for Your summary (25 points)
From the ads you’ve posted, select one to analyze in your visual analysis summary.
Consider why you chose the advertisement or commercial (include it in your response) and the three elements you will discuss in your summary.
