to design professional, polished visuals based on fictional company data. These visuals will be integrated into a portfolio to demonstrate expertise in financial analysis and operations management across multiple industries, including logistics, real estate, and healthcare.
Project Scope
responsible for:
1. Analyzing and Structuring Data:
• Organize provided data for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare data for use in dashboards and visualizations.
2. Creating Visuals for the Following Companies:
• BlueSky Logistics, Inc.:
• Fleet Utilization Dashboard (Line Chart).
• Revenue Breakdown by Service Line (Pie Chart or Bar Chart).
• Variance Analysis (Stacked Bar or Waterfall Chart).
• Summit Realty Group, LLC:
• Monthly Revenue by Service Line (Stacked Bar Chart).
• Occupancy Rate Trends (Line Chart).
• Lease Expiration Timeline (Gantt Chart).
• HealthBridge Medical Group:
• Billing Efficiency Dashboard (KPI Cards, Bar Chart).
• Patient Wait Times (Line Chart).
• Insurance Claim Denial Analysis (Stacked Bar Chart).
3. File Formats and Delivery:
• Export visuals in PNG, PDF, and interactive formats (e.g., Power BI or Tableau links).
• Ensure visuals are compatible with integration into a Wix portfolio.
4. Polishing and Consistency:
• Apply a cohesive color palette and consistent branding across all visuals.
• Add annotations and captions summarizing insights from each chart.
Required Deliverables
1. 10–12 Visuals, including:
• Dashboards, line charts, bar charts, pie charts, Gantt charts, and KPI cards.
2. Annotations explaining insights for each visual.
3. Source Files:
• Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Canva files.
4. Exported Files:
• High-resolution PNG/PDF images and shareable dashboard links.
