Aside from the questions above, can you share whether you considered more than race/ethnicity in your idea of diversity? We all use the word diversity commonly when we talk about the racial composition of a group (i.e. a class, a town, or a neighborhood); however, we rarely think about things like gender, age, and other factors. Do you think that’s common throughout the country or specific to the region in which we live?
